The Gooreng Gooreng, Gurang, Bailai and Taribelang Bunda people are the Traditional Land Owners of the Sea Country around the island. The connection of the Great Barrier Reef Sea Country dates to more than 60,000 years.
Apple TV+ is home to award-winning Apple Originals from today’s most imaginative storytellers, and Tiny World is no exception.
Narrated by Paul Rudd (“Ant-Man”), this docuseries showcases nature’s lesser-known tiny heroes. Spotlighting small creatures and the extraordinary things they do to survive; each episode is filled with surprising stories and spectacular cinematography.
Challenge
Plimsoll Productions, a UK based production company, commissioned Osprey Creative to provide aerial cinematography for the topside component of this global production.
Operating large commercial grade drones from a small and unstable boat is no easy feat, however the reward is far greater than the risk. Drone imagery captured over water are filled with drama and never-before-seen views of the planet around us: marine life, shoreline, and the spectacle of contrasting elements.
